ALL DAY:  Life Flight Tours; Madmouth Gyros; Boy Scout barbecue, lemonade and ice cream; Rocketship Car Rides; T-shirts; Hot-air balloon flight raffle, Classic Car Cruise-in; Vintage Aircraft static display. Bouncy house and slide; Free shuttles from public parking area to main hangar and for ECOPA attendess between the north and south sides of the airport.

ALL DAY: Experience the Rise Above Traveling Exhibit. The theater accommodates 30 people.  The film lasts about 30 minutes  Free admission. Stories That Fly magazine photography exhibit in the main hangar.

8:00-10:00 Race and walk packet pick-up.

9:00-4:30 Free Young Eagles Flights. Register (only 150 seats available.)

9:30-11:30 ECOPA Safety Seminar North Ramp Hangar C1. Presentations by the Balloon Federation of America and the Cleveland Soaring Club.

10:30 5K Race.  Start and finish at the Portage Flight Center Main Hangar.  See details.

11:00 Garretttones Big Band in the Main Hangar

11:30 1-Mile Memorial Walk.  Start and finish at the Portage Flight Center Main Hangar.  See details.

12:00-1:00  Stearman and Kent State University Precision Flight Team fly overs; Pledge of Allegiance, Presentation of Colors and 21-Gun Salute by American Legion Post 193; Dedication of the Bower Center. Special presentation by Tony Hurst, B-25 pilot.    Make a minimum donation of $25 to reserve a seat at the catered VIP lunch in the main hangar.

1:30-2:30 Meet the pilots from Lost In Oscar Hotel photos with two 1946 Vintage J3 Piper Cubs.

6:00 Weather permitting the winners of the hot air balloon raffle will launch!
